What is your exchange policy for online purchases?

At Nitya, we are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size only.

– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason of exchange

What is your return policy for online purchases?

If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
– You have to self ship the product to our wear house based out in Noida (1714 ATS green Village Sector 93A;.’/)
– All refunds happens via Bank Transfer ( it takes 12-15 working days)
